Does AMP pay a dividend to shareholders?

Decisions in relation to our dividend policy are determined by AMP’s board of directors, however, AMP intends to continue to pay a regular quarterly dividend of $0.10 per Ordinary Share, which would equate to a full-year dividend of $0.40 per Ordinary Share. Payment of dividends on AMP shares is generally subject to a 15% Luxembourg withholding tax. Certain exemptions or reductions in the withholding tax may apply, but it will be up to shareholders to claim any available refunds from the Luxembourg tax authority. Please consult with your tax adviser for information on how the Luxembourg withholding tax applies in your particular situation.
