Ardagh Metal Packaging-Europe celebrated at UK Packaging Awards 2025

AMP-Europe celebrated at the UK Packaging Awards 2025 with Thatchers Juicy Apple cans recognised as Highly Commended in the “Metal Pack of the Year: High Volume Food & Beverage” category. AMP-Europe’s Standard 440ml aluminium can with a striking gold end perfectly captures the essence of Thatchers Cider’s refreshing cider in a vibrant, summery design. It’s a can that truly stands out on the retail shelf and now on the awards stage too!

AMP-Europe were also delighted to see two other cans recognised as finalists in the same category: the Candy Can x Pac-Man collaboration and the Wrexham Lager can, further highlighting the creativity and impact of aluminium packaging in the beverage market.

These accolades reflect the continued collaboration between brands and packaging specialists to deliver eye-catching designs that engage consumers while maintaining the high quality and performance expected from aluminium beverage cans.

The UK Packaging Awards is an annual event that celebrates excellence, innovation and leadership across the packaging supply chain, recognising outstanding achievements in packaging design, technology and production across a wide range of categories.
