AMP-Europe hosts Graphics Can School in Spain

In early October 2025, Ardagh Metal Packaging-Europe hosted a Graphics Can School designed for customers in Spain and Portugal at its Valdemorillo production facility in Spain. The Graphics Can School is a long-standing initiative reflecting AMP’s commitment to putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. The event offers a focused, hands-on experience that helps customers better understand the complexities of can design and production.

“Knowledge is most valuable when it’s experienced firsthand,” said Pauline Privat de Garilhe, Graphics Manager South-West Europe. “The Graphics Can School gives our customers the opportunity to see, touch and understand every step of the process - that’s how real learning happens. It helps our partners make more confident design and technical decisions, improve collaboration with our teams, and ultimately bring better, more efficient and more impactful products to market. For us, it strengthens partnerships, improves alignment, and ensures we continue developing solutions together.”

Customers from leading beverage companies took part in the event representing a range of functions from product management and quality to procurement, enabling diverse perspectives and valuable exchanges throughout the event.

The Graphics Can School was designed to demonstrate the technical aspects of the can graphics process - from initial concept to final execution. Customers explored the latest technologies and innovations through in-depth technical presentations and interactive, creative games, supported by a comprehensive tour of the Valdemorillo production facility. The format encouraged collaboration with AMP specialists across the production chain while creating space for open dialogue, creativity and practical learning.

Customers highlighted the quality of interactions, the relevance of the content, and the support provided by AMP. The positive feedback reflects our ongoing commitment to close customer collaboration and to equipping partners with the insights needed to make confident, informed decisions.

With a strong focus on knowledge sharing, innovation and collaboration, the Graphics Can School demonstrates our ambition to develop packaging solutions together with our customers and remains a key platform for exchanging ideas and strengthening technical expertise.
