Health and safety at Ardagh
Our primary focus here at Ardagh is keeping our employees safe. BSafe! is our group-wide environmental, health and safety programme. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a safe working environment for employees, we expanded our BSafe! programme with the introduction of the BSafe! 7. This aspect of the programme focuses on seven particular work tasks and environments to prevent low-frequency but high-severity incidents at our sites.
During the past few years, our employees dealt with challenging conditions arising from tight public health restrictions. We are very grateful for their dedication – and very proud that at Ardagh, Covid-19 infection rates remained consistently lower than the community infection rates in the regions where we operate.
